How to reach
By air: The nearest airport is Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose international airport at a distance of around 200 km from the beach. It is well connected by regular flights to all the major cities in the country, as well as internationally. You can hire a taxi from the airport to travel to Talasari.
By Road: Talasari beach can be reached by boats during the high tides, or you can simply walk across the dried river beds. It is around 10 km from Digha, and you can easily hire a rickshaw or a cab which will take you less than half an hour to reach.
By Train: Nearest railway station is at Digha at a distance of 10 Km from the beach. You can then take a cycle rickshaw for the beach which takes about half an hour to reach at the cost INR Rs 80- 100. Recently, two new trains have been launched from Kolkata to Digha which is approximately 4 hours journey.
